15K Georgian/Victorian Garnet Bow Brooch-Pendant with Heart Locket

A stunning Georgian to Victorian c.1830-1840 garnet bow brooch & pendant, with a suspending heart locket, modelled in 15k (15ct) gold, English in origin.

It is so beautiful with delicate intricate engravings all around, the bow curved with such realism. The dangle heart locket adds beauty to the piece with movement, and it houses its original braided hairwork behind a glass panel.

There are approx. 1.65ctw of garnets, and the brooch-pendant measures 30mm x 25mm height. It weighs 3.96 grams.

The bow brooch has fittings where a chain can be threaded through so it can be worn as a necklace.
