9K & Platinum Victorian Diamond Sword Pendant

An absolutely stunning Victorian diamond sword in two toned perfection, crafted in 9k gold and platinum, c.1880-1890.

Such diamond-only swords are few and far between, being rare of its kind as most swords are often set with a mixture of pearls and diamonds, or a single pearl accent on the sword's handle.

This particular Victorian sword is set with glistening old European cut diamonds, approx. 1.68ctw in weight. The diamonds are open-backed.

It has a commanding and graceful presence, at an impressive length measuring at 15mm x 82mm with bail, 15mm x 74mm without bail.

A timeless design that will never go out of style, making it an heirloom worthy piece.

It was a Victorian brooch, and we have converted it into a wearable pendant on a 18k gold bail. If you would like to be extra daring, we can also convert this into a single wearable earring, to be worn on one side of the earlobe as a statement piece.
