18K French Victorian Floral Filigree Chain 16.5"

A gorgeous French Victorian c.1860-1880 floral filigree chain, modelled in 18k gold and hallmarked.

It has gorgeous filigree links with intricate floral filigree work that is 3D and hand carved. Each link is intricately detailed with tiny milgrain bordering the flowers, to give depth and life to the piece with stunning detail.

The chain is hallmarked with the French horse head and rhinoceros head assay marks for 18k gold, and comes with its original spring ring clasp.

It measures 16.5" in length, weighs 16.35 grams and is in excellent condition.
