18K French Victorian Diamond Floral Spray Bouquet Brooch

A beautiful French Victorian c.1880-1890 diamond floral spray bouquet brooch modelled in 18k yellow gold and white gold.

The brooch features a lovely bouquet of a flower and foliate, tied with a gorgeous and adorable bow. It is so artistically rendered with slight curves, giving the brooch realism and making it so lifelike. The flower is set with a fiery center old mine cut diamond approx. 0.45ct, and the brooch is further decorated with sparkly rose cut diamonds 1.56ct by spread, with a total weight of 2.01ctw.

It is hallmarked with the French owl hallmark for 18k gold, as well as maker's marks on the right side of the brooch, and on the brooch pin. It is yellow gold on the bow and leaves, and white gold on the flower. The back of the brooch is all in yellow gold.

It opens and closes well and is offered in excellent condition with all stones present.

This lovely diamond bouquet is a wonderful forever bouquet that never wilts.

It measures 17.9mm x 51.3mm height, and weighs 8.51 grams.
