18K French Victorian Monogram MS/ASH Ring

An exceptional and unique example of an initial wide band ring. This is a beautiful Victorian era c.1880, French Napoleon III original monogram ring in a wide band setting, crafted in 18k gold.

The monogram is further detailed with fine details and raised to give it depth.

It spells out the letter combinations: MS/WS/ASH/VSH, depending on whether the ring is facing upward or downward, and has multiple monogram combination possibilities, which makes the ring even more so unique!

It is rare to find wide band monogram rings that are all original, and this is a fine and well crafted ring preserved with its original hallmarks, and this ring is hallmarked with the French eagle head hallmark on the outer band.

It is a US 7.5 and not sizable, fits like a US 6.5-6.75 due to its wide band.
