14K American Victorian Riker Bros. Diamond & Enamel Horseshoe Pendant

A gorgeous Victorian c.1860-1870 large jumbo sized, blue enamel & diamond horseshoe pendant modelled in 14k gold & hallmarked. It is signed with the Riker Bros. (Riker Brothers) maker's mark as well as '14k' on reverse.

It is set with 7 chunky rose cut diamonds approx. 0.42ctw by spread, with striped blue enamel. There is no wear to the enamel and it is in excellent condition.

It was a brooch that has been expertly converted into a wearable pendant.

This is a stunning statement jumbo large sized piece that would look great worn on its own or layered with other charms.

It measures 38mm x 47mm with bail, 38mm x 43mm without bail, and weighs 5.92 grams.
