18K & Silver Victorian Diamond Crescent Pendant

A breathtaking Victorian c.1880-1890 collet set diamond crescent pendant, modelled in 18k gold and silver.

The crescent is set with stunning and sparkly old European cut diamonds approx. 1.88ctw by spread, set in in their original collet settings. They are open-backed, which allows maximum light to pass through for a brilliant sparkle.

It was a brooch that has been converted masterfully into a wearable pendant and is in excellent condition. The size of the crescent makes it a perfect piece to be worn everyday, as it can be dressed up or down for various occasions.

It measures 25mm across without bail, and weighs 2.99 grams.
