14K Dutch Victorian Diamond Solitaire Buttercup Pendant
A wonderful and lovely Victorian c.1850-1860 rose cut diamond solitaire buttercup pendant modelled in 14k gold.
The solitaire diamond pendant features a buttercup collet set rose cut diamond, approx. 0.30ct by spread. It is closed back and foiled, which sparkles intensely. The foil is bright and clean, and it is just beautiful!
It was made from an antique Dutch brooch, sourced from the Netherlands, and has been masterfully converted into a wearable pendant.
It would be a staple classic that is a must-have in any collection that can be layered with other pieces or worn on its own. It is in great condition.
It measures 6.7mm x 15.7mm with bail, 6.7mm x 6.7mm without bail, and weighs 0.75 grams.
Note: Please note that as the diamonds are foiled, it is advisable that the piece does not get wet or exposed to water. It can be gently cleaned by wiping it down with a wrung out damp cloth.
