14K European Victorian Diamond, Emerald & Ruby Crowned Double Heart Ring

An exceptional Victorian c.1850-1860, crowned bow double heart ring, set with step cut ruby and emerald, surrounded by rose cut diamonds. The ring is European, and hallmarked 585 on the inner band for 14k gold.

This ring is an all original piece, and is not a conversion ring. It retains its gorgeous pierced side gallery, and detailed curved shank. The ring face measures 9mm x 9mm, and it is a US 8.25 and sizable.

Double hearts symbolised two hearts in love, sealed together by a bow in union. This particular ring is in fabulous condition. There are approx. 0.15ct of rubies, 0.10ct of emerald, and 0.60ct of rose cut diamonds by spread, with a total weight of 0.85ctw.
