A lovely Victorian c.1900 geometric diamond & ruby ring, crafted in 14k gold & silver.
There is lovely milgrain detailing on the edges of the ring, with the geometric shape resembling a kite. These designs were very popular in the transitional periods moving from the late-Victorian era to the pre-Edwardian era.
The diamonds are rose cut diamonds, approx. 0.20ct by spread, and rubies 0.72ct, totalling 0.92ctw. They are open-backed.
It is an all original ring, with no modifications and it is not a conversion ring.
It is a US 8 and sizable.
