18K French Victorian Diamond & Pearl Rectangular Ring

A stunning French Victorian c.1880-1900 old mine cut diamond and pearl ring, crafted in 18k gold and hallmarked with the French eagle head on the outer ring band.

The diamonds are chunky old mine cut diamonds, approx. 1.04ctw, and are open-backed. The reverse of the ring face features an open-worked gallery with a wonderful curved profile to fit the finger comfortably. Additionally, the reverse setting of the pearl features an adorable quatrefoil flower motif which truly adds to the beauty of the ring.

The ring face measures 9mm x 17.5mm height, and it is a US 6 and sizable.

It weighs 3.24 grams.
