18K French Victorian Diamond Twist Ring
A beautiful French Victorian c.1890-1900 diamond twist ring, modelled in 18k yellow and white gold. It is hallmarked with the French eagle head hallmark for 18k gold.
It is set with a chunky old mine cut diamond in the middle, approx. 0.40ct, further accentuated by sparkly rose cut diamonds 0.50ct on the sides in a twist design, with a total weight of 0.80ctw by spread. The diamonds are open-backed to allow maximum light to pass through for a brilliant sparkle. It is an all original ring and not a conversion piece.
This is a stunning ring that is in excellent condition, and would make an amazing engagement ring, or layered with other rings for a perfect look. The style is classic and timeless.
