18K & Silver Victorian Diamond Crescent Pendant

A wonderful & sparkly Victorian era c.1880-1890 double row crescent pendant featuring chunky old mine cut & cushion cut diamonds, totalling approx. 6.00ctw.

The double row crescent is especially sparkly in real life, and is a wonderful crescent to add to your collection. It measures 35mm across, and is a medium to large size crescent. It was a brooch and has been converted beautifully into a wearable pendant.

The diamonds are set in a Georgian pinch collet setting, and it is open-backed to allow maximum light to shine through.

It comes with its original detachable screw on brooch fitting, that allows the back brooch pin to be attached and detached by screwing it on or off. This is a great feature as it can be worn as a brooch as well.

It can be worn on its own as a centrepiece or paired with other pendants & layered for a dramatic look. It weighs 7.70 grams.
