18K & Silver Victorian Diamond Cross Pendant

A stunning Victorian c.1850 diamond cross modelled in 18k gold and silver.

It is set with rose cut diamonds surrounded with tight pinched-collet settings, approx. 0.76ctw by spread. The diamonds are foiled and closed-back, in good quality.

The cross's design is a beautiful combination of leaves and flowers, with the center resembling a flower, and the cross as leaves and flower buds.

It is a stunning example of early to mid Victorian era crosses, and is in excellent condition.

It measures 25mm x 45mm with bail, 25mm x 36mm without bail, and weighs 5.62 grams.

Note: Please note that as the diamonds are foiled, it is advisable that the piece does not get wet or exposed to water. It can be gently cleaned by wiping it down with a wrung out damp cloth.
