18K & Silver Victorian Miniature Cherub Diamond Ring
A sweet Victorian c.1860-1880 miniature cherub and diamond ring, crafted in 18k gold and silver.
The cherub is painted on a porcelain with amazing detail, surrounded by a halo of tiny rose cut diamonds, approx. 0.40ctw by spread.
The porcelain on the top has very surface level hairline cracks on the top, although the entire piece is secure. It adds a little character to the piece. It was a stick pin, and has been converted into a ring with a solid 18k gold band.
The ring face measures 15mm x 18mm height, and is a US 6. It weighs 4.38 grams.
